Dothan Police arrested a 62-year-old Henry County bus driver Saturday and charged him with indecent exposure, according to Thomas Davis, a Dothan Police Department spokesperson and Henry County officials.
Police arrested Algia Macon Richards Jr., of Headland, and charged him with misdemeanor indecent exposure after police responded to an indecent exposure call in the 3400 block of Ross Clark Circle. A witness reportedly saw Richards with his pants down while he was inside his car in a public parking lot, Davis said.
“He kind of like flashed, and the witness saw it,” Davis said. “When they saw it, it alarmed them, and they called us.”
Richards was arrested in a parking lot at Shops on Circle, Davis said. Davis said Richards apparently did not leave his vehicle in the parking lot.
Richards was taken to the Dothan City Jail around 4 p.m., and he was released after he posted a $500 bond.
Dennis Coe, the Henry County School’s superintendent, said the superintendent’s office is investigating what happened.

I’d like more info too. Sometimes after work I change (in my truck) from my work pants to shorts because of the heat. I do try to go to a secluded place and definitely don’t expose myself. I wonder what circumstances warranted a bond of only $500 for indecent exposure? Some people just call the law for something to do.
