Henry County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a 25-year-old Shorterville man Tuesday after he turned himself in, and was charged with felony unlawful distribution of a controlled substance.
Sheriff William Maddox said deputies arrested Jeremy Devence Blackmon, of Henry County Road 189. He was being held without bond at the Henry County Jail.
Blackmon’s brother, Anthony Lerone Blackmon, 31, was arrested Friday after investigators served a search warrant at his Henry County Road 79 home in Columbia. Three other men were also arrested as part of the three-month long drug operation.
