5. Recommendation of a rezoning of 20.3 acres from AGR-CONV District to M-2 District, at Headland Avenue and Technology Drive, John and Gail Watson.
Vote: 9-0

6. Recommendation of a rezoning of 0.47 acres from AGR-CONV District to B-3 District, 105 Rainbow Drive, Julie George-Howell Real Estate, LLC.
Vote: Died for lack of a motion.

7. Recommendation of a rezoning of 1.95 acres from B-4 to B-3 District, 301 Westgate Parkway.

Vote: 6-2-1 Voting no were Chuck Harris and Joe Culver; Gary Martin abstained.
