Dothan Police seek man following Christmas Day armed robbery

Dothan Police are looking for a man believed to be involved in the armed robbery of a convenience store on Christmas Day.

According to a release from the Dothan Police Department, a man wearing a baseball cap and black bandana entered the BP Food Market at 2154 Denton Road at 12:55 p.m. Wednesday, pointed a gun at the clerk and demanded money. He fled on foot before police arrived.

The suspect is described as a black male, about 6-feet tall, last seen wearing a baggy white T-shirt and blue jeans, running northeast toward Summerwood Apartments.
