Dothan police charge Abbeville man in shooting

An Abbeville man faces a felony shooting charge in connection to a shooting in the area of the Johnson Homes apartment complex in Dothan.

According to a statement from Dothan Police Sgt. Maurice “Mac” Eggleston, police arrested 21-year-old Muhammad Jihad Kelly and charged him with felony discharging a firearm into an unoccupied dwelling. No one was injured in the shooting.
