A Newville man recently received a life prison sentence after he pleaded guilty to trafficking synthetic marijuana, also known as spice.

Assistant Houston County District Attorney Banks Smith said 36-year-old Steven Robidoux pleaded guilty Wednesday in front of Circuit Court Judge Butch Binford to two felony charges, which included trafficking synthetic drugs and unlawful possession of a controlled substance.
