Tennessee educator brings Holocaust lesson to Dothan

A Tennessee educator visited Dothan on Wednesday to discuss a nationally-recognized program that helps middle school students understand the enormity of the Holocaust and apply it to modern issues of diversity.

Sandra Roberts, an eighth grade language arts teacher at Whitwell Middle School in Tennessee, visited Beverlye Magnet School and Carver Magnet School to discuss the Paperclip Project, a program that helps students better grasp the extent of the Holocaust. Roberts also visited several Troy campuses and Temple Emanu-El.
