L9515 NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage dated July 12, 2000, executed by Jamie Wilson, an unmarried woman to Johnson & Associates/South States Mortgages, LLC, which mortgage was recorded on July 13, 2000, in Mortgage Book 1383, Page 165, of the mortgage records in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Houston County, Alabama, which mortgage was, duly transferred and assigned to Wells Fargo Bank Minnesota, N.A. successor by merger to Wells Fargo Bank Minnesota, N.A. for Reperforming Loan REMIC Trust Certificates, Series 2003-R2, notice is hereby given that pursuant to law and the power of sale contained in said mortgage, the undersigned will sell at public outcry, to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the Main entrance to the Houston County Courthouse at Dothan, Alabama, during the legal hours of sale on December 10, 2019, the following described real estate, situated in Houston County, Alabama, to-wit: Lots 1 and 2 in Block E of the Parish Subdivision in the City of Dothan, Alabama as per plat of same duly recorded in Plat Book 1 at Page 32-A in the Probate Office of Houston County, Alabama.
