L9141 NOTICE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE STATE OF ALABAMA COUNTY OF HOUSTON Default having been made of the terms of the loan documents secured by that certain mortgage executed by Rose Gordon Wifegeno Gordon Husband to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as mortgagee, as nominee, for Everett Financial, Inc., D/B/A Supreme Lending, its successors and assigns dated November 19, 2013; said mortgage being recorded on November 26, 2013, in Book 2271, Page 619 in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Houston County, Alabama. Said Mortgage was last sold, assigned and transferred to Pacific Union Financial, LLC by assignment recorded in Deed Book 99, Page 718 in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Houston County, Alabama.
