The first game was a 5-inning affair in which the Weevils were held hitless.

Enterprise banged out seven hits, including three homers, in the nightcap with Chasilyn Sawyers leading the way with a home run, a single, a run scored and 2 RBI’.

Tankeya Smith homered, scored twice and drove in a run, and Sydney Pybus homered, scored a run and had two RBI’s.

Ashton Palmer singled, scored a run and drove in one; Tori Burk singled and drew a walk; Katie Dennis drew a walk and scored; and Kaitlynn Diaz had a double in the loss.

Weather permitting, Enterprise (4-3) is scheduled to host Central Alabama Community College (14-2) at 1 p.m. Thursday at Johnny Henderson Park.
