Eufaula City Schools

Independent auditor Dan Hartzog complimented the staff of Eufaula City Schools for their accounting work and gave ECS a favorable report at last week’s meeting of the board of education.

Hartzog outlined significant and insignificant findings.

“I want to commend the staff or the wonderful job they do,” Hartzog said in a brief address to the board members, who each had a copy of the report. “They do a very good job for a very complex accounting system.”

In other business, ECS Superintendent Joey Brannan noted that principals at each campus had been busy conducting interviews for different posts.
