The Barbour County Jaguars have been preparing for a three-team jamboree Friday nigt at Calhoun High in Letohatchee. BCHS will join host Calhoun and Autaugaville at the jamboree.
Interim head coach Rodney Lewis will lead Barbour County against Autaugaville for the first quarter. Following a 10-minute break, the Jaguars will play Calhoun for a quarter.
Returning players Javier Walker, Ralphael Williams, Tyrecus Womack, Carl Wilsom, John Cromartie, Kavon Spencer, Gabe Harrison, Quincy Steward, Charlie Rumph, Jaquerious Bennett, Alvion Barstow, Ethan Spruill, Zakwavis Johnson and others have played well this spring. About 24 players are participating in spring drills and Lewis hopes numbers will improve over the summer.
