New Bethel Missionary Baptist Church, 1110 Allen Road, Dothan, will celebrate Men’s and Women’s Day on Sunday, Feb. 17, at 2:30 p.m. Guest minister will be the Rev. Wilbert Dawsey, pastor of Burdeshaw Street Missionary Baptist Church in Dothan. The public is invited.

Judson Baptist Church, 180 County Road 93, Abbeville, will hold revival services Sunday, Feb. 17, through Wednesday, Feb. 20, with services at 6 p.m. each night. The Rev. George Bryan, pastor of Sardis Baptist Church, will be the preacher. There will be special music each night with Sunday night featuring the Liberty Methodist Church Choir as guest singers. Everyone is invited to attend.

Calvary Baptist Church and First Baptist Church New Brockton will have a joint revival Feb. 17-20 with services at First Baptist on Feb. 17-18 and at Calvary on Feb. 19-20. Service times will be 6 p.m. on Sunday and 7 p.m. Monday-Wednesday. Speaker will be Tim Cox and music will be provided by Craig Stringfield.

New Bethel Missionary Baptist Church, 1110 Allen Road, Dothan, will present its 32nd Annual Black History Dinner Theatre on Friday, Feb. 22, at 6:30 p.m. The production, “Music for Your Soul,” is an original play by Derrick P. Duncan and adapted by Dr. Denise Stanford-Bowers. The play features the Adult Drama Guild with period scenes, gospel hymns, spirituals and contemporary music. The program is free and open to the public.

The New Hope Freewill Baptist Church, 3819 County Road 31, Abbeville, Alabama will have a pre-celebration for the 24th Annual Pastoral Anniversary honoring Pastor Eddie L. Baker and first lady Ollie Baker on Friday, Feb. 22, beginning at 7 p.m. featuring the following guest pastors: Pastor Charles Beasley of Star Missionary Baptist Church in Eufaula; Pastor Tirrell Glover of Mount Olive Missionary Baptist Church #2 in Banks; Pastor James Turner of St. Paul Baptist Church in Abbeville and First Baptist Church in Shorterville. Refreshments will be served. The Pastoral Anniversary will continue on Sunday, Feb. 24, with Pastor Johnny C. McCray of Just Jesus Family Worship Center in Clio as the guest speaker for the 11:15 a.m. morning service and with Pastor Jackson Glover of Greater St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church in Pinckard as the guest speaker for the 2:30 p.m. evening service. All churches are invited to attend, and dinner will be served.

County Line Baptist Church, 1000 Highway 92, Enterprise, will hold revival services Feb. 24-26. Service times will be 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Sunday and 7 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday. The speaker will be State Missionary Larry Hyche of the Alabama State Board of Missions. Worship leader will be Tim Addy of First Baptist Church of Pooler, Georgia. Newton First Assembly of God, 147 S. Edwards St., Newton, will host a revival with Dr. Mike Brown Feb. 24-27. Sunday services will be 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday-Wednesday services will be at 6:30 p.m. Nursery will be provided for services. Greystone United Methodist Church, 4401 Fortner St., Dothan, will host a simulcast of “In the Zone 2019 Game Day Simulcast for Men” on March 2. Sponsored by the Men’s Ministry, a breakfast will be served at 8:15 a.m. with registration starting at 8:30 a.m. and the simulcast from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Free admission.

St. Joseph Missionary Baptist Church, 30 Thornton Road, Pansey, will host the sixth annual appreciation program for Pastor Patrick Smith and first lady Rosetta Smith on Sunday, March 3, at 2:30 p.m. The morning worship will feature Pastor Argean Carroll of Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church in Columbia. The afternoon service will feature Pastor Eddie Farmer of First Missionary Baptist Church in Columbia.

County Line Baptist Church, 1000 Highway 92, Enterprise, will host a Kite Day on Saturday, March 16, from 12 to 2 p.m. There will be a kite display and sales by Kewl Kites of Long Beach, Mississippi, and demonstrations by the Emerald Coast Kite Flyer Club along with kite flying tips. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own kite to fly. The event will also feature the Crazy Tie Guy and Family, who entertain with juggling, unicycling and stilt walking. St. Paul AME Church will hold its Night of Elegance on March 30, 6-10 p.m., at the Graceville Civic Center in Graceville, Florida. There will be worship, dinner and entertainment.
