AP analysis: Legal pot for all takes a toll on medical users

In this April 12, 2019, photo, Cyndi Michael, a former medical marijuana grower, holds the last syringes of cannabis tincture she will process for sale in Rickreall, Ore., after deciding to no longer grow medical marijuana. Michael, who once grew for eight patients, could no longer make ends meet and also lost her business selling supplies to other medical marijuana growers.
