A woman faces four felony charges after she jumped out a vehicle while riding it in Jackson County and stole a pickup truck.
According to a Florida Highway Patrol press release, 18-year-old Kaitlyn R. Payne was riding in a private vehicle that was taking her to a court-ordered rehabilitation center.
