An onslaught of customer complaints has prompted the Better Business Bureau to issue an alert on an online boutique based in Ozark. The business owner said she is in the process of answering the complaints. 

According to information from, the BBB of Central and South Alabama, received 335 complaints and 36 reviews from customers all over the U.S. against Frogs and Frills, mostly regarding shipping delays, customers receiving no product or the wrong product.

Frogs & Frills owner Haley Stevens said the company takes complaints “very seriously.”  She also says they have hired more people and are working late on orders.

According to the BBB, Frogs & Frills has been on the consumer group’s radar since 2013, and the complaints have remained consistent. They also caution consumers to do their research before placing online orders and to always file a complaint on if they feel they have been wronged by a business.
