Planning the perfect wedding can be a pain in the neck.
While web browsing has added a new element to wedding planning, there are plenty of things future brides need to see in person.
That often means traveling to a handful of venues spread over the Wiregrass, hopping from place to place to find the perfect dress, checking out numerous photographers and videographers, picking out the perfect wedding cake preparer, perfect caterer, florist, and the best entertainment.
The hours and miles spent traveling from place to place is enough to make a wonderful event one that is stressful and tiring to plan.
What if, however, all of those were in one central place at the same time?
The 20th Annual Bridal Extravaganza sponsored by the Dothan Eagle brings 50 wedding-related vendors to the Dothan Civic Center Sunday afternoon.
“Anything a bride would need to plan her special day, all under one roof for one afternoon,” Dothan Eagle Advertising Director Jerry Morgan said.
The Bridal Show will be held at the Dothan Civic Center from 1 until 4:30 p.m.
Along with vendors showcasing dresses, venues, photography, catering, cosmetics, food, and more, the show has plenty of added attractions, Morgan said.
“All brides are registered for a luxury honeymoon Caribbean vacation,” Morgan said. “There will be a ton of other giveaways and door prizes, a fashion show, and a photo booth.”
Tickets for the show are available at the door for $10.
